For the past several weeks, I was working on 3D CAD software and a 3D printer to make a case for the sensor. Among many free 3D CAD software, I chose Autodesk Fusion 360 for personal use for abundant resources and professional interface. It took a while to understand the basic operations and concepts but thanks to many tutorial video online, I could finally make it!

With the help of my colleagues, I could 3d-print the parts successfully.
The only problem was that ESP32C board doesn’t sit well – I didn’t fixated it with screws because I thought putting it into the exact sized space and holding the USB connector with the roof part could fix it but it didn’t go that well. When I connect the USB cable, I needed to press the board to sit in the space using a thin stick through the ventilation hole. (Making lots of holes saved my life!)
By the way, during the two months operation, I haven’t had the headache. However, on one day I felt a bit heaviness in the head and found the air pressure was relatively high. So, I changed the email notification condition to send an email when the pressure is getting both lower and higher.
